We are the organism of Human rights of but long data of Corrientes, Argentina. Our conformation goes back to the years of lead of the last military dictatorship of period 76/83. We were born of the fusion of a group of relatives of disappeared who conformed the “Commission of Relatives of Lengthy-Disappear for Political Reasons” and the “Provincial Commission of Human rights of Corrientes”. |

What are the Human rights?
“The Human rights are prerogatives that according to the international right,
the person the State has in front of to prevent that this one interferes in
the exercise of certain fundamental rights, or to obtain from the State the
satisfaction of certain basic necessities and that they are inherent to all
human being by the mere fact of being human.”
“The Human rights are a set of principles, of universal acceptance,
recognized constitutionally and guaranteed legally, oriented to assure to
the human being their dignity like person, in their individual and social
dimension, material and spiritual.”
What to do before a violation of the human rights?
When we have knowledge of a violation of the human rights or when we ourself we are object of her, we have to our reach a series of strategies to defend to us:
1. To denounce
In order to make a denunciation we must inquire into which happens, without exaggerating, without placing information that do not consist to us, without adding nor clearing to the facts; thus the denunciation will deserve credit and will be respected. The denunciation must be presented/displayed:
Before the competent official organisms
At Regional and local level:
Courts of turn that correspond to the denounced case, Office of the public prosecutor of turn, police or public Organism.
Before Not-governmental Organizations
Commission of Human rights of Corrientes, professional associations of neighbors, unions, unions, student organizations, farmers, nuns and organisms of human rights.
2. To inform to the public opinion
It is not enough to denounce the facts before the authorities, is advisable to present them before the public opinion by the means that we have to our reach: newspapers, radio, television, bulletins, steering wheels, etc.
3. To reflect the situation with the community
He is advisable to reunite to the neighbors, study or fellow workers to engage in a dialog on the situation that is being lived, to analyze it and to look for collectively alternative to face it.
4. To organize pacific mobilizations of pressure
When all the previous one is not sufficient we have the right to organize pacific actions of pressure that force to solve the problem, that can go from marches, long waits in key sites, placard positioning or posters, takings of establishments, etc.; these strategies must be adapted to the situation that is being lived, treating about that involves the greater amount of affected or shared in common people.
